About Owen
Protecting What Makes Ward 1 Special
Milton is my home. It’s where my family and I have put down roots, built lifelong friendships, and spent decades giving back to the community we love.
Over a 31-year career as a police officer, along with my service as a military veteran, coach, volunteer, and local business owner, I’ve dedicated my life to public service. I know what it means to show up, listen, and do the work.
I’m running for Ward 1 Councillor because I believe we can welcome innovation and responsible growth while protecting the old-town charm, conservation areas, and strong sense of community that make Milton special.
